Our Story

Haven of Hope - Kitale (HOH-K) was founded in 2025 with a clear and urgent mission: to address the growing crisis of drug, substance, and alcohol abuse in Kitale town and the larger Trans-Nzoia County.

What began as a vision to create a safe space for healing has grown into a community-driven organization offering comprehensive counselling, rehabilitation support, and prevention education. Our office, located in Milimani - Shimo La Tewa, serves as a beacon of hope for individuals and families affected by addiction.

We believe that every person deserves a second chance. Through compassionate care, professional counselling, and strong community partnerships, we are working to break the chains of addiction and restore dignity to those who have lost their way.
